Leslie Fitzpatrick got her start in the real estate world over twenty-five years ago, when she was recruited by a successful new-home builder to leave her career in the hotel industry. Since then, she has cultivated a masterful career driven by diligence, earned expertise, and a genuine investment in her clients’ successes.

Leslie has always associated with companies that are leaders in their industry; such at The Ritz Carlton Hotel Companies, Hyatt Hotels, NVR, and EYA.  Most recently, Leslie is a real estate agent and the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with Michael Harris Homes/Streetscape Partners based in Rockville.  She is responsible for all marketing programs, brand management and sales. She plays an integral role with new acquisitions, product concepts and pricing strategies.

Leslie has positioned herself as a leader in the Washington Metropolitan Building Industry.  She has managed over $900 Million in new homes sales since 1998 for both National and private home builders.  She has a developed a reputation for understanding the building process from acquisition, development, engineering, construction and sales to give the homebuyer the most seamless purchase of a home.  Having sold dozens of new home communities throughout the Washington, DC Metro area, she is a true expert in all the resales and the neighborhoods in the area.

Leslie values a strong relationship with clients to truly understand and meet their needs.  With a robust rate of repeat and referral clientele, Leslie leaves a lasting impression on those she serves, prioritizing accessibility and responsiveness throughout a transaction’s entirety to instill a sense of confidence and calm in her clients. “My clients always believe and know that I’m looking out for their best interests,” she reflects. “If a house or seller isn’t a good fit, I never push it.”

Leslie’s affiliation with Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), Great American Living Awards (GALA) Sales Achievement Committee and Special Olympics enhances her commitment to community and industry involvement.

Leslie has a degree in Business Management from National Louis University. A native of Helena, MT, Leslie currently resides in N. Bethesda, MD. When Leslie is not busy helping other families with their dream home, she loves relaxing at home with her two teenage boys and her furry family!  In her spare time, she enjoys golf, yoga, reading or visiting the beach.
